Learning to respond, not just react
Welcome! I work with clients ages 18 and over, with focuses on depression, anxiety, chronic illness and injury, adapting to life's transitions and new life roles, and trauma. Taking that first step to say that you might not have things under control on your own is hard. Maybe you’re overwhelmed by overthinking, stuck in cycles of people-pleasing, or just exhausted from trying to keep it all together. If you want a down-to-earth space to sort through the chaos and find what actually helps, you’re in the right place. My goal is to create time for you that gives you the space to learn more about yourself.
I like to help people build self trust and resilience that allows them to succeed on their own outside of the therapy space. I use a mix of therapy modalities to tailor our sessions to be exactly what you need. I draw from ACT, CBT, and a person-centered approach to give you tools to not only shift how you think, but get more comfortable with how you feel.
Together we’ll work to figure out that stuck feeling, explore new ways of coping, and help you feel more like an active participant in your daily life.
